He was of counsel to Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in New York City from 1993 to 1999 and a partner in the firm Reid & Priest from 1984 to 1992. Mr. Ullman was also a founding partner of the firm Ullman, Miller & Wrubel. He was the recipient of a Citizen of the Year Award from the Community Chest of Port Washington and an Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst & Young. Mr. Ullman was selected for inclusion in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.
Mr. Ullman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University in 1961 and MBA and JD degrees from Columbia University in 1964. He was admitted to the New York bar in 1966. Mr. Ullman served in the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserves from 1959 to 1965. He has served as an adjunct professor of international business at New York University and has published a number of books, monographs and articles on foreign investment in U.S. real estate. He has also published a book, "796 Days" (U.S. Copyright 2015; ComteQ Publishing; 396 pages) chronicling his survival as a "hidden child" in Amsterdam, the Netherlands during WWII.
