Dr. Chou prepared for his career by achieving a Doctor of Philosophy in operations management and strategy from the University at Buffalo. An emerging leader in his field, he is an active member of a number of industry organizations, including the Academy of Management, the Production and Operations Management Society, the Decision Sciences Institute, Golden Key International, and Alpha Iota Delta. Today, he acts as a reviewer of the Journal of Waste Management and Environmental Issues. As he looks to the future, Dr. Chou intends to continue teaching at the higher education level.
