Backed by more than three decades of practiced social justice experience, Ms. Norton serves as the director of the Ramsey Social Justice Foundation, which strives to provide solutions to some of the world's most pressing matters. She also worked in building sustainable neighborhoods. Earlier in her career, Ms. Norton served as assistant pastor of the Desert Springs Foursquare Church and one of many Chaplains at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital.
An alumna of the Fuller Theological Seminary and Arizona State University, Ms. Norton holds a Bachelor of Science in justice studies and a Master of Arts in theology. Notably, she has been recognized for professional accomplishments with the Woman of the Year Award from the National Criminal Justice Women's Association, the Service in Action Award from the Tempe Community Action Agency, the Tree of Life Award from the Jewish National Fund in 2012, and the Community Service Award from the Anti-Defamation League in 2013. Additionally, she was inducted into Arizona State University's Hall of Fame in 2007, and received the ASU Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Award in 2011, and the ASU Lifetime Achievement Alumni Award in Sustainability in 2015. Ms. Norton has been featured in four editions of Who's Who in America, and the 26th edition of Who's Who in American Politics, as she was a State Legislator in Arizona as well as a city Board Member.
