Over the years, Dr. Lee also lent his expertise to San Diego State University, where he worked as a research scholar from August 2005 until January 2007.
A graduate of Kyungpook National University, Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Engineering, and a PhD. His professional affiliations are numerous, including but not limited to The Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea, The Institute of Control, Automation and Systems Engineers, the Korea Fuzzy Logic and Intelligent Systems Society, and the Korean Institute of Information Technology, where he began as vice chair in 2015. A seasoned professional with decades of experience under his belt, Dr. Lee has published an excess of 100 papers in journals and for conferences. Notably, he has been recognized many times for his work in the field. In 2012 and 2016, Dr. Lee won the Best Researcher Award through the Korean Institute of Information Technology.
