In order to remain active among his professional circles, he affiliates himself with the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, where he serves as treasurer. Dr. Narouze is the author of nearly 200 peer reviewed articles and book chapters. He is also an inventor and holds a couple of patents.
Beyond his status as an esteemed and seasoned professional, Dr. Narouze has been recognized many times for his work in the field. He was named as "master educator" by Cleveland Clinic in 2009. In 2011, Dr. Narouze was named to the 65th edition of Who's Who in America, and four years later, he earned the Distinguished Service Award through the European Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Therapy in Spain.
