In addition, Mr. Polubinski serves as the chief executive officer of Southern Tier Oil Company, LLC. He was an adjunct faculty member at Boston University School of Law in 2004 and sat on the Board of Directors for Opera Boston from 2003 to 2009.
Mr. Polubinski graduated from Syracuse University with an AB, and the College of William and Mary, where he was notes editor for its Law Review, with a JD. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and the Cotswold Flyfishers. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1972 and Massachusetts in 1976.
He is the author of Massachusetts Practice, Business Corporations with Forms, a legal treatise, The Effect of State Securities or Blue Sky Regulation upon the Organizational Structure of Real Estate Investment Trusts, an article published in The Business Lawyer, and Tax Considerations and The Peppercorn Theory and Restatement of Contracts, both in The William and Mary Law Review.
