An accomplished listee, Dr. Mosely celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
In private practice for more than 36 years, Dr. Mosely is a talented, board-certified, plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in reconstructive, hand, plastic, and microsurgery. Located in Reston, VA with a second office in Alexandria, VA, she established her business in 1981, from which she serves Northern Virginia and surrounding areas of Washington D.C. For the first 13 years of her career, Dr. Mosely gained experience as a rotating intern at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She then completed an internship and residency at the hospital before becoming a surgery resident at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, followed by a clinical surgery fellowship and general surgery residency at the University of Louisville Medical Center.

First studying at Emory University in 1961, Dr. Mosely then graduated with her undergraduate degree in 1963 and achieved a MD in 1967 at Louisiana State University Medical Center.
