Mr. Radi has significant experience and a track record of success in sales management, and regional and global brand management as well as people management experience in neuroscience and ophthalmology franchise management. Additionally, Mr. Radi has 8 years of global and regional experience in the cardio-metabolic area in a matrix organization. He has worked in various countries, therapeutic disease areas and/or local/regional/global roles.
He previously served as regional brand director and diabetes global brand manager in Basel and as cardio-metabolic franchise head, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Before that, he excelled in the roles of emerging growth markets neuroscience/ophthalmic business unit head in Dubai, UAE, and Middle East general product manager in Riyadh. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Radi worked for Sandoz Pharma in Saudi Arabia as national sales manager, first line manager, pharma specialists MR. and medical representative.
Mr. Radi holds a B. Pharma. Sc. Degree from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine at Cairo University, Egypt, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Capability with Distinction from Glasglow Caledonian.
In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Radi has accrued numerous accolades and honors throughout his career. In 2016, he was presented with the Performance and Courage Award from the Worldwide CM Franchise and Novartis AG. Attributing his success to hard work, perseverance, and determination, he is most proud of his ability to set market strategies and launch plans.
