Ms. Warner's career began as a student of Miami University, graduating with a BA in 1978. Following her graduation, Ms. Warner studied at Xavier University for a postgraduate degree. In 1986, Ms. Warner wrote and published "Community Land Cooperative Residents' Handbook." She returned to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development as an underwriter in 1987. Since 2013, Ms. Warner has worked as a resolution specialist for this government organization.
As an esteemed housing consultant, Ms. Warner is a member of various related organizations, including the Community Land Cooperative, Conference of Cincinnati Women, and American Cancer Society. Her work has been recognized by several of these organizations. In 1984, Ms. Warner was the recipient of the Mercury Award for IDS/American Express. The Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development honored her with the Award for Superior Performance in 1990. In 2003, Ms. Warner received the Excellence in Government Award from the Greater St. Louis Federal Executive Board. Ms. Warner holds the professional designations of Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Certified Community Liaison (CCL) 1990.
Ms. Warner has been featured in various Marquis Who's Who publications, including the 25th editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry. She has appeared in the 54th through 60th and 63rd through 70th editions of Who's Who in America, as well as the 22nd, 23rd, 25th, and 26th editions of Who's Who in American Politics.
