Established in 1981, the Law Offices of Pinderski & Pinderski, Ltd., is a family-owned and operated firm that Mr. Pinderski shares with attorneys Paul C. and Polly J. Pinderski. The firm traces the family history to 1906 when Lois Pinderski began the family law practice in Chicago.
Representing clients for more than 35 years, Mr. Pinderski first acquired a BA, magna cum laude, at Marquette University in 1978, and a JD at Loyola University in 1981. He has since been admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade, the Federal and Seventh Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Northern District of the U.S. District Court of Illinois, the U.S. Tax Court, the D.C. Bar, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
The recipient of a John H. Ambruster Keyman Award for 1984-1985, and a Dick Bayer Mr. Reliability Award for 1985-1986, Mr. Pinderski continues to emphasize integrity and commitment, the foundation upon which his firm was built. During his career, he has also been involved outside of his practice, serving as a panel attorney for the Legal Assistance Foundation in Chicago, commissioner of the Algonquin Economic Development Commission since 1994, and on the board directors of both Performance Home Medical Equipment in Dallas, TX, and the First Bank & Trust Company in Illinois. Locally, he has served for the United Way of Palatine as director, secretary, first vice president, and president from 1986 to 2003, and on numerous other community organizations, including Jaycees, where he served as a legal counsel for 22 years and as secretary for two years. He served with the Bridge Youth & Family Services as a board member for a decade. He also served on the board of directors of the United Way of Chicago during its transitional period when all Chicagoland local United Ways were merged into a single governing body. Mr. Pinderski also donates his time on outside general counsel to many non-profits in the Chicago area.
A longstanding member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the International Bar Association of London, Mr. Pinderski is married to Karen Marie Peterson with whom he has three children.
