She is also the chair of the University's Race, Religion and Beliefs Forum and is a Visiting Professor of Religion & Multiculturalism at the Joint Council of Churches for All Nation's School of Theology, Leadership and Management. Additionally, she is a member of the University's Gender and Diversity Research Cluster. An expert in her field, Dr. Wilson holds postgraduate certificates in further education and management studies, a master's degree in human resource management, and a Doctorate in Professional Practice. She also possesses four professional fellowships that includes a Senior Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy and one awarded by the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts Manufacture and Commerce. Alongside other industry scholars, she has published works such as "Respect for Identity for Surviving in the 21st Century: A Cultural Perspective" and "Multiple Discrimination Perceptions and its Impact on Managers." Dr. Wilson has also spoken at conferences all over the world and has edited books for McGraw Hill and Sage Publications. In the near future, Dr. Wilson intends to progress her career as an educator and diversity expert, for the benefit of others.
