Mr. Worthington is a graduate of the University of Utah and Washington and Lee University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1972 and 1976, respectively. Outside of his professional work, Mr. Worthington gives back as a member of the Active Houston YMCA, Amnesty International U.S.A., and the American Red Cross, where he previously served as the Texas State Bar delegate to the Republic of Cuba in 2001. He is the proud father of four children.
