Prior to obtaining her current role, she gained valuable expertise through varying legal roles at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz, as well as Hodgson, Russ, Andrews, Woods & Goodyear and her own private practice. At the start of her career, she worked as a medical social worker through the state of Delaware and the Wilmington Medical Center. It was during this time that she decided she would pursue law so she could help implement change in society and in particular the business and securities industries.
An expert in her field, Ms. Haight holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Bachelor of Social Work and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Widener University. In order to remain aware of changes in the field of law, she maintains affiliation with the Pennsylvania and Florida Bar Associations, as well as the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. During her spare time, she makes it a point to give back to her community through serving as a leader in the Episcopal Dioceses of Delaware and Southeast Florida. Most recently, she served as the presiding judge of the Ecclesiastical Court for the Diocese of Central Florida. She served as a moot court judge for the National Competition for several years.
For her excellence in the field, she has been awarded many times, earning an American Jurisprudence Award and a plethora of features in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who of American Women.
