Whitehead, Inc., since 2000, having held the same positions with KHB Corporation, Inc., from 1994 to 2000. Prior to obtaining these positions, she was vice president of Shawmut Investment Advisor, now known as the Bank of America, from 1994 to 1995, Citizens Bank from 1984 to 1994, and senior trust officer of the Bank of New England from 1973 to 1984. Earlier in her career, she was an assistant trust investment officer of the Third National Bank of Hampden County, MA, from 1963 to 1973. In addition to her primary roles, Ms. Bullard is a Trustee of Western New England University. She has served as a lecturer with Brown University, the University of Massachusetts Boston, and Northeastern University, and was the director of Amos House and Bullard Associates, Inc.
Ms. Bullard began her career as a student at Western New England University, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, in 1969. She concluded her studies at Northeastern University, earning a Master of Business Administration in finance in 1978. She holds an investment certificate from the Stanford University Investment Management Program and she is a chartered financial analyst with the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.
A respected voice in her community, Ms. Bullard has been an active leader in her areas of interest. The former president and director of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts, she has been a member of the education committees of the Financial Analysts Federation, the Boston Society of Security Analysts, and the Massachusetts Bankers Association. She has also served on the board of directors of Rotary International, and she has been affiliated with the National Association of Bank Women.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bullard has been recognized for her accomplishments. She has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry and Who's Who of American Women.
