Nancy Hoffman Huguenin has been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the Women's Science Honorary Society and Psi Chi.

With nearly 50 years of professional experience, Dr. Huguenin has been president of Behavior Analysis and Technology, Inc., since 1993. Prior to obtaining her current role, she was a clinical supervisor of psychology at the Walter E. Fernald State School from 1989 to 1993, a behavioral psychologist at the Arc of the South Shore from 1987 to 1989, and a behavioral psychologist with the Coastal Community Counseling Center from 1985 to 1987.
Dr. Huguenin previously held a number of positions with the University of Massachusetts, including as a staff associate at the graduate school from 1981 to 1985, staff associate at the computing center from 1980 to 1981, and director of the programmed instruction laboratory from 1980 to 1985. From 1978 to 1980, she held a postdoctoral fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital, and from 1977 to 1980, she was a research associate at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center. Earlier in her career, Dr. Huguenin was a psychology instructor at Boston University in 1972, having previously been a graduate teaching fellow with the school from 1969 to 1974.
Dr. Huguenin began her career as a student at the University of Pittsburgh, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in psychology, summa cum laude, in 1969. She subsequently joined Boston University, earning a Master of Arts in psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy in 1971 and 1978, respectively. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the Association for Behavior Analysis International and the Eastern Psychological Association.
Throughout her career, Dr. Huguenin has been recognized for her contributions. She has been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the Women's Science Honorary Society and Psi Chi. She has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in the East and Who's Who of American Women.
