Dr. Thomas Morton Strouse is currently the dean and professor at Bible Baptist Theological Seminary, where he has worked since 2009.

After earning a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in 1967, Dr. Strouse went on to achieve a Master of Divinity from Maranatha Baptist University in 1974. Motivated by a desire to help people spiritually, he then earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Bob Jones University in 1978 and a Doctor of Theology from Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary in 2005. Dr. Strouse is currently the dean and professor at Bible Baptist Theological Seminary, where he has worked since 2009.
Initially interested in engineering, Dr. Strouse decided to pursue his current profession when he became a born-again Christian in 1969. He commenced his career as a professor at Maranatha Baptist Seminary in 1978, going on to work as professor and chairman at Tabernacle Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, dean and professor at Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary and pastor at the Bible Baptist Church of Cromwell, CT and dean of Bible Baptist Theological Seminary, where he continues to serve to this day. He has also worked as a guest lecturer at Somonauk Faith Bible Institute in Illinois, serving from 1985 to 1988.
Notable for training several pastors throughout the duration of his career, Dr. Strouse has published numerous theological works, including "The Lord God Hath Spoken: A Guide to Bibliology," "The Theology of I and II Timothy," "The Doctrine and History of Baptists," and numerous biblical commentaries. He has also contributed various articles to professional journals in his field. A prominent member of the spiritual community, Dr. Strouse belongs to the Trinitarian Bible Society, where he is an executive member, the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship, the Society of Biblical Literature, the Biblical Archaeology Society and Iota Lambda Sigma. He was also honored in the fourth edition of Who's Who in Religion.
