Prior to obtaining these roles, he was a staff pharmacist with Walgreens from 2005 to 2007, a clinical pharmacist with Blessing Health System from 1985 to 2005, and a staff pharmacist with Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy from 1996 to 1997 and Brown Drug Store from 1994 to 1996. Earlier in his career, Dr. Loeffler was a staff pharmacist with St. Mary Hospital from 1984 to 1993 and with Walgreens from 1975 to 1994.
Dr. Loeffler began his career as a student at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy. He then joined Quincy University, completing a Master of Business Administration, and he received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rio Grande. He concluded his studies with Capella University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in business, magna cum laude. Dr. Loeffler is a registered pharmacist in the states of Illinois and Missouri.
A respected leader in his community, Dr. Loeffler has been affiliated with a number of professional organizations. He is a member of Phi Delta Chi and the American Association of Retired Persons. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his contributions with awards and accolades. He has been featured in numerous honors publications, including Who's Who in the Midwest.
