HONOLULU, HI, March 25, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Lawrence Sue with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mr. Sue celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Sue pursued an education at Brigham Young University, earning a Bachelor of Science in mathematics in 1967 and a Master of Science in statistics in 1973. After beginning his career as an associate engineer at Boeing Company from 1967 to 1969, he found success as a statistician for Ultrasystems Inc., a member of the technical staff for TRW Systems and both a statistician and an engineer for Motorola Inc. Mr. Sue later worked as an independent Six Sigma consultant and trainer from 1998 to 2006.
In addition to his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Sue has excelled as an adjunct statistics lecturer at the University of Hawaii, an adjunct math instructor at Rio Salado Community College, an adjunct statistics instructor at Brigham Young University Extension and an adjunct math instructor for Highline College. Qualified in his field, he is certified as a teacher in the State of Arizona. Mr. Sue also served as a ham radio emergency communications operator for the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency.
