A recognized C-level executive, advisor, mentor and coach, Mr. Randolph most notably founded and served as president and chief executive officer of Asia Online Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for completing 20 acquisitions in 18 months and increasing enterprise value 500-fold in 24 months from $4 million to $2 billion. He also served as a management specialist for Qian & Company, international vice president for the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, and chairman of Intelipedics, a medical device company. Mr. Randolph was also a key advisor and executive director at Washington State University and Idaho State University.
Three years ago, Mr. Randolph began serving as the vice president of the Network for Global Innovation (NGIN). NGIN is worldwide membership organization that includes incubators, technology parks, research institutes, universities and corporations. Mr. Randolph brings with him more than 40 years of expertise in product development and enterprise formation. His experiences include leading the development and implementation of Bank of America's HomeBanking, Charles Schwab's Electronic Brokerage and the formation of what is now E*Trade. On a local level, Mr. Randolph is an instrumental-rated commercial pilot who flies as a command pilot for Angel Flight. Angel Flight is non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs.
Mr. Randolph was named to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal's Valley 200 Most Influential List for 2016 and 2017. In 1972, Mr. Randolph earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, marketing and electrical engineering from Washington State University.
