An expert in his field, Dr. Petrillo holds an Associate of Arts from York College, a Bachelor of Arts from Harding University in Arkansas, a Master of Arts from the Harding School of Theology in Tennessee and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Nebraska. In order to keep abreast of changes in the field, he affiliates himself with the Society of Biblical Literature. Throughout his career, he has lent his considerable knowledge to Christian Development Publications as editor and he authored commentaries on the Minor Prophets, Books of Ezekiel, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, and Proverbs. For his excellence in the field, he earned a Teacher of the Year Award through York College in 1984, and features in Who's Who in the West and Who's Who in Religion. In the near future, Dr. Petrillo intends to author more books and continue as president of Bear Valley.
