He is still active and involved as president of Life Center Ministries since 1990. Earlier in his career, he joined the United States Air Force Reserves, where he was active for six years. He began his entrepreneurial career as Buddy's Mobile Homes which caused him to move to Atlanta Georgia. He later became a broker with Financial Service Corporation and at a later date was Sr. Vice President and Director of Marketing when it was sold to a fortune 500 company. During the interim before rejoining the investment firm, he led several corporations in the acquisition and management of a large real-estate portfolio. He then renewed his career by starting the management consulting firm of Charter Management Corporation providing direction for companies desiring to go public or to be acquired. As a financial planner he was instrumental in developing the curriculum and structure for the Institution for Financial Planning and was in the initial class of Certified Financial Planners.
Additionally, Dr. Crum has served on the board of directors for Learning Laboratories and the board of governors for Christian International Ministries and co-founder of Psychological Studies Institute along with Georgia State University.
An expert in his field, Dr. Crum holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University, a Master of Science in biblical studies from Christian International Bible College, and a Doctor of Philosophy from Logos University.
In his involvement as co-founder of Life Center Ministries and church, they have trained over 100,000 people in the ministerial gifts.
Due to his outstanding accomplishments, Dr. Crum has been recognized for his work with a feature in the 20th edition of Who's Who in the South and Southwest.
