Prior to his current role, he worked as a scientist with the Xerox Corporation from 1969 to 1977 and a postdoctoral fellow with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1968 to 1969. Earlier in his career, Dr. Kuder found success as a chemist for the United States Geological Survey from 1962 to 1963.
Dr. Kuder initially pursued an education at Capital University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 1962. He continued his studies at Ohio University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in 1968. Furthermore, Dr. Kuder is a member of the American Chemical Society, the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the Society of Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers.
As an expert in his field, Dr. Kuder has a number of published professional works including "The synthesis, bromination and nmr spectra of some imidazo pyrimidines" in 1966, "Organic materials for optical data storage media – an over-view" in 1986, Prospects for the development and application of plastic optical fibers" in 1991 and "Reactive compatibilization of blends containing liquid crystalline polymers" in 2000. Likewise, he has had a number of original poems published in The Villager including "Lady's Slipper" in 1999, "Flowers" in 1994 and "Touching" in 1992. Dr. Kuder holds numerous patents for his work in the field.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kuder has been celebrated for his achievements. He has accepted multiple awards and accolades for his contributions and accomplishments. Furthermore, Dr. Kuder has been featured in numerous publications, including Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
