Dr. Lee initially pursued an education at the Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine, where he obtained a Doctor of Medicine in 2006. He continued his formal training at the Samsung Medical Center with an internship from 2006 to 2007 and a residency from 2008 to 2011. Dr. Lee concluded his academic efforts at Yonsei University in 2016, graduating with a Master of Public Health in biostatistics.
A respected voice in his areas of interest, Dr. Lee has been affiliated with a number of professional organizations. He is an active member of the Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology, Head, and Neck Surgery, the Korean Society of Thyroid, Head, and Neck Surgery, the Korean Society of Laryngology, Phoniatrics, and Logopedics, and the Korean Thyroid Association.
