Prior to founding his practice, he gained valuable legal expertise through the technical division and tax section of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States between 1969 and 1970 and in the Internal Revenue Service from 1966 until 1968. Over the years, Mr. Browning has also parlayed his knowledge of business law to students at the University of Central Florida and provided his services to the U.S. Air Force.
Prior to his affiliation with the IRS, Mr. Browning earned a bachelor's degree from Central Missouri State College. From there, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Missouri in 1965 and a Master of Laws in taxation from George Washington University in 1970 before being admitted to practice through the Supreme Court of the United States. In 1984, he also became board certified in tax law through the Florida Bar. Mr. Browning retains professional affiliation with the tax section of the Florida Bar, the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council.
In civic affairs, Mr. Browning also contributes his time and resources to his community through the Venice Diocese Board as well. For his professional accomplishments, he has been honored as an AV preeminent attorney through Martindale-Hubbell since 1989.
