Subsequently, he pursued a residency at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Hospital, with which he completed a fellowship in head and neck oncologic surgery, as well as micro-vascular reconstruction. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Dr. Huchton affiliates himself with the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas medical Association, and the Concho Valley Medical Society.
For his outstanding accomplishments, Dr. Huchton has been recognized as a Super Doctor, which lists the top 5% of physicians in his state. In addition to his professional achievements, he is the proud father of three children.
