As a personal injury lawyer who is accomplished in accident law, insurance law and claims against insurance companies alongside his three colleagues, he has represented clients in such matters as tractor trailer and motor vehicle accidents, driving while intoxicated, business litigation and administrative agency law. He and his firm have also handled divorce and child custody battles and matters regarding the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act and Federal Civil Rights Acts. Mr. Baker notably boasts extensive expertise in representing individuals in jury trials.
Not only does Mr. Baker enjoy going to trial and representing the public, but he finds great satisfaction when an injured person is adequately compensated for their injuries.
