Though Erica Pullen strives to help as many people as possible, she considers success to be reaching just one child.

With a wealth of publishing experience to her credit, Ms. Pullen has excelled as the chief executive officer of W.E. Publishing Company, LLC, a children's author and a motivational speaker. Notably, she pursued an education at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies, psychology and social work in 2009. Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, Ms. Pullen experienced racism and bullying at an early age. In 2019, she penned "I am America's Most Wanted" to inspire confidence in boys of color despite society's negative stereotypes regarding African American men. In recognition of her exceptional achievements, Ms. Pullen was recognized as the Author of the Month by Believing in Myself Vital Magazine in 2018.
A member of the National Authors Society, Ms. Pullen has contributed to her community as a volunteer, a donor and a promoter for women's breast cancer organizations and a motivational speaker for Pittsburgh Public Schools.
