Ms. Toney concluded her academic efforts at the Golden Gate University School of Law, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2002. She is authorized to practice law in the following jurisdictions: California, Washington, D.C., United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. In 2014, she founded the National Justice Network a 501c3 organization dedicated to eradicating injustice.
Throughout her career, Ms. Toney has been celebrated for her exemplary contributions to her field.
