He continued his studies with the University of New Mexico, earning a Master of Science in 1967. He subsequently concluded his academic efforts at Northwestern University, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine in 1971. Moreover, Dr. Danforth is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery.
A respected voice in his areas of interest, Dr. Danforth has been affiliated with a number of professional organizations. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
