And, the Administrative Judicial Secretary when Judge Stout was promoted as the first woman to sit on a State's Supreme Court in 1988, when appointed by Governor Robert Casey, Sr., to fill the vacancy of a resigned Justice William D. Dr. Pritchett-Hilton was ordained by Rev. Howard 0 Jameson, Th.D., Ph.D., her Communication Professor at Norfolk State College. She was an Associate Minister at Pinn Memorial Baptist Church for 13 years, and one of its soloists, under the esteemed Pastor of forty years, Rev. Dr. Frank B. Mitchell, Jr.; and Allen W. Foster, Organist; an Associate Minister at Canaan Baptist Church, under Rev. Dr. Gus Roman, and Rev. Dr. Derrick Brennan. She is a present member at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, under Rev. Dr. Alyn E. Waller, and past member at New Gethsemane Baptist Church, under Rev. Dr. Samuel B. Jordan, Sr., and East Bethel Baptist Church, under Rev. Connie L. McDaniel, Rev. Earl Johnson, and Rev. Wilfred McKinley, during 35 years, after her age 9 rebirth and baptism. In 2007 she joined 300 Pastors who went to the Holy Land with Bennie Hinn. She received her Master of Arts in Communication, magna cum laude, from Norfolk State College, now an University, a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Jameson Christian College, Caguas, Puerto Rico, a Master of Divinity Degree from the Urban Theological Institute (UTI) at Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, a Certificate of Advanced Pastoral Studies, after finishing her classes in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and entrance into Lutheran Theological Seminary's Doctor of Ministry Program, but graduated with a third Master's Degree in Religion, a Theology Doctorate Degree in Divine Hematology, from Victorious Living; Family Prayer Ministries, Incorporated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under Dr. Nannie Stewart, and a Ph.D. Doctorate in Twenty-First Century Foundational Hematology, Oncology, Neurology, and Biology, from Glory International University (GIU) and Music Academy, out of the Commonwealth of Heaven, May 14,2011.
