Shawn Costello has taught touring professionals as well as World Golf Hall of Fame members.

Mr. Costello is an accomplished professional, serving as the Director of Golf at Boca Grove Golf & Tennis Club. On his way to becoming a Director, he previously has served at some of South Florida's most prestigious clubs such as St. Andrews Country Club, BallenIsles Country Club, and The Old Course at Broken Sound Club.
Mr. Costello's educational background with the PGA of America is highlighted by being the first one in the PGA of America to successfully complete every advanced certification offered at that time. This continues through his pursuit of executive management degrees as well as his involvement in becoming a PGA Master Professional.
Mr. Costello has served in a number of Chair roles including the co-chair of the South Florida PGA - Southeast Chapter Education Committee, as well as the Chairman of the Awards Committee for the Chapter, and committee member of the South Florida Section Awards. During his time serving his Chapter and Section, Mr. Costello has been involved with helping organize and participate in philanthropic activities such as partnering with the Palm Beach Children's Hospital and raising gifts for children and families in need.
Under Mr. Costello's leadership, he is responsible for a number of achievements while building and leading a dedicated golf operational team at Boca Grove Golf & Tennis Club. This includes receiving for the first time in the Club's history, a Platinum Award from the Association of Golf Merchandisers, recognizing their achievement as a Top 100 Golf Shop in the World. Also, in 2019, the Club was recognized as the Luxury Travel Guide Country Club of the Year, as well as an Honorable Mention Platinum Club of America, which feature five-star clubs of excellence throughout the world.
Mr. Costello has a track record of helping create strategies to develop an operation and staff centered around first-class service and experiences. While serving as the Head Golf Professional at BallenIsles Country Club, he helped drive record high member satisfaction scores, and while there, the Club was awarded the Association of Golf Merchandiser's Platinum Award – "Best of the Best", Top 10 Golf Shop in the World, as well as being recognized as a Distinguished Emerald Club from BoardRoom magazine.
Mr. Costello is also a talented instructor having his father who was the Director of Golf and Coach at Cornell University for three decades help develop his craft. He has taught touring professionals as well as World Golf Hall of Fame members.
