From 2010 to 2012, he served Health Management Associates in myriad posts, including director of critical care, critical care manager, clinical educator, director of patient care, and strategic planner, among a number of others. Dr. Juda began his career as an anesthesiologist for Baystate Health from 2003 to 2006, an assistant professor of surgery for the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University, director of critical care for Physicians Regional Medical Center, critical care physician for Lee Health, and critical care physician for Springfield Anesthesia Associates.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Juda pursued an education at Saint George's University, graduating a Doctor of Medicine in 1996. Following this accomplishment, he was certified as a physician executive by the American College of Physician Executives from 2013 to 2015. He was further certified in anesthesiology and neurocritical care by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Additionally, Dr. Juda garnered a Certified Physician Executive Degree from the Certifying Commission in Medical Management.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Juda has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. A presenter for the American Association for Physician Leadership from 2010 to 2016, he has been a notable teacher and speaker of critical care, sedation, analgesia, and the integration of physicians to the emergency pre-hospital arena. He has held affiliation with both Bethesda Hospital East and West for Bethesda Health, Inc. in Boynton Beach, FL. Dr. Juda has also contributed to the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District as a medical doctor since 2007 as well as an associate medical director in previous years.
In addition to his primary vocation, Dr. Juda remains associated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He has maintained involvement with the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Neurocritical Care Society. Furthermore, Dr. Juda was a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Association for Physician Leadership.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Dr. Juda has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. He was recognized as a Critical Care Fellow of Yale University, the Geoffrey H. Bourne Memorial Scholar from 1991 to 1996, and a Polish National Alliance Scholar from 1986 to 1989. He has been presented with an Outstanding Young American Award in 1998, an Excellence in Anatomic Dissection Award by St. George's University in 1991, Clinical and Academic Honors from Three Rivers Community College in 1990, and the Community Service Award and Scholarship from the State of Connecticut in 1989.
