Before embarking upon his professional journey, he attended the University of Illinois, graduating in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science, Dr. Zoloto continued his education at Wayne State University, earning a Master of Science in 1972 and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 1979.
From 1973 until 1981, Dr. Zoloto served as the Executive Director of the Mental Health Division of the DuPage County Health Department in Wheaton, Illinois, Following that, he served as the Executive Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Chicago between 1981 and 1982, and as a consultant for RHR International from 1982 to 1984. In 1983, he founded Anova Inc., a company he leads to the present day. He has advised thousands of executives globally in his long and distinguished career. He was one of the early developers of multi-rater 360 feedback, called LISten (The Leadership Information System). LISten is a web-based provider of individual and group feedback in executive professional development and corporate accountability, Dr. Zoloto is very proud of his work on LISten because it leveled the playing field for employees at all strata of the corporation. Finally, as CEO of Fireaway, Inc., a global corporation manufacturing innovative fire suppression technology, he led the turnaround of the company to profitability and long-range success.
In addition to his consultative work. Dr. Zoloto is a former member of the faculty at the College of Du Page, ISM (the International School of Management), the leading business school in Eastern Europe, and the MBA program at the University of Saint Francis. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Appleton Cardiology Associates, the founders of the Appleton Heart Institute, He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fireaway, Inc. He has also chaired the Board of American Friends of ISM. His presidency of the Mental Health Association of Illinois led to breakthroughs in the treatment of severe mental illness.
