Between 2004 and 2016, he managed successful teams at these companies and honed his knowledge of marketing, new business development and engineering. During the early years of his career, Mr. Gooding flourished as the general manager of T3 Energy Services and Hydril and the vice president of Superior Oilfield Products.
An expert in his field, Mr. Gooding was trained at the Dulles Industrial Trade School in the area of manufacturing technology.
