Supported by an Associate of Science from 2019 and an expected Bachelor of Science in 2021, both from the Colorado Technical University, Mr. Bowles has notably been named a Rising Star and Distinguished Committee Member of IPC, the Association Connecting Electronics Industries. A Flex Circuit Applications Engineer for DuPont since 2018, Mr. Bowles holds a strong fluency with materials, applications development, electronics manufacturing and industry standards and specifications, along with additional design, assembly and fabrication understanding. Prior to his current role, he served as a Product Engineer for All Flex Flexible Circuits and Heaters from 2017 to 2019 and a Supervisor of Receiving Inspection and Gage Calibration turned PWB Supplier Quality Engineer for L-3 Technologies between 2015 and 2017. Serving in various engineering positions since 2010, Mr. Bowles has excelled as a Mechanical Process Engineer and Drilling Manager for Viasystems, NPI Engineer for Hallmark Circuits Incorporated and also as a Methods Engineer.
Commencing his career in 2004, for two years Mr. Bowles was a CAM data technician for Sovereign Circuits Incorporated. Following this appointment, he found success as a lead in CNC routing and final fabrication on behalf of Hallmark Circuits Incorporated between 2007 and 2008. Mr. Bowles likewise worked from 2009 until 2011 as a delta program manager for Hughes Circuit Incorporated.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Bowles has been highly motivated by his family, and attributes much of his success to hard work, dedication and a great support system. In high school he worked part-time at Sovereign Circuits, which fueled his attraction to the work. His father currently works for Lockheed-Martin, and Mr. Bowles considers him his greatest mentor.
Today Mr. Bowles is a member of the IPC, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society for Quality and Surface Mount Technology Association. He is a husband and father of three boys. Looking ahead, Mr. Bowles hopes to complete his Bachelor's degree and continue to ascend in leadership at DuPont.
