Having accrued more than a decade of inimitable expertise in the field of financial services, Mr. Keefe has garnered a laudable reputation as an economic development finance manager on behalf of the Wyoming Business Council since 2016. He is notably responsible for providing assistance to regional companies in reaching their financial goals through a combination of industry and credit analysis, financial due diligence, business plan review, large loan applications, loan processing and servicing. Mr. Keefe previously served in the commercial and consumer loan office of Jonah Bank of Wyoming from 2007 until 2016, a position that he credits for introducing him to community involvement and healing others.
Earning distinction as a leader in his current position, Mr. Keefe is a small business facilitator for both financial and informational resources and serves as the first point of contact for federal financial incentives and their use throughout the state. He has managed one of the state's loan portfolios for direct and participatory lending for small business around the state. Moreover, Mr. Keefe was involved in a community development project designed to structure publicly owned infrastructure in order to help attract and expand businesses in Wyoming.
Having aspired to become involved in entrepreneurship since coming of age, Mr. Keefe pursued a formal education at the University of Wyoming. He attained a Bachelor of Arts in finance in 2007. More than a decade later, Mr. Keefe attended Regis University, from which he earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance in 2019.
For his accomplishments in community and small business development, Mr. Keefe was recognized among the 40 Under 40 in the State of Wyoming by Wyoming Business Report. He has attributed his success throughout his career to the support of the people around him, including his parents. To remain aware of developments affecting his area of expertise, he has maintained his professional and civic affiliation with the Wyoming Housing Network, WIDC Frontier CDC and Healthworks. In the coming years, Mr. Keefe wishes to continue working on projects that help build the community.
