From a young age, Mrs. Nelson held a deep love for mathematics and science, which led to a successful career in engineering and later entrepreneurship. In 1991, she began in the field with Kimberly-Clark, where she has maintained a plethora of roles over the course of her career, including as a process engineer, asset leader, consultant and manager, change agent, research and engineering team leader and project manager, and her current position as the launch program manager. In this capacity, Mrs. Nelson leads cross-functional teams in regards to new product launches across the North America supply chain.
Supported by many years of expertise in engineering and management, as well as a love for what she does and a desire to help others, Mrs. Nelson established All Things Possible LLC in 2019. As the founder, career development coach and chief executive officer, she assists clients in finding happiness and fulfillment through their careers in or our of corporate America. Through various courses, clients can discover their purpose, create long-term professional plans, pursue personal growth and learn how to network effectively.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Mrs. Nelson pursued a formal education at the University of Idaho, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering in 1999. Fifteen years later, she completed the Specialist to Strategist Program at Smith College as well. She remains aware of developments in the field via professional alignment with the Women's Interactive Network and the Society of Women Engineers. Devoted to her community, she also gives back as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts and as a mentor through Kimberly-Clark Women's Interactive Network. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Nelson aims to experience the continued success of her career with Kimberly-Clark and All Things Possible, through which she intends to publish her coursework.
