Mr. Latham was born in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom in 1958. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wales in 1980, he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1983 and a Fellow of the Institute in 1993. He began his accounting career in 1980 at Crossley & Davis, Chartered Accountants, becoming a Partner in 1984. The business eventually became known as Lathams Chartered Accountants where Mr. Latham continued as a Partner until 2001 when the business was sold to Tenon Group PLC.
It was while Mr. Latham was at Lathams Chartered Accountants that he developed a business planning and advisory process, helping business owner clients to grow and maximize their potential. Using this process, he became National Head of Business Planning at Tenon Group PLC before leaving in 2002 to help complete the IPO of Debt Free Direct PLC, where he was a Founding Shareholder and Finance Director. Mr. Latham was part of the highly successful team which made that business the acknowledged market leader, before stepping down as Finance Director in 2007.
Since then, Mr. Latham has continued to be a "serial entrepreneur", investing in several businesses, including Brinc Limited in 2008 and In-Cube-8 LLC in 2011. Having emigrated from the United Kingdom to the United States in 2011, Mr. Latham is currently focused on helping CPAs and Financial Advisors maximize their business potential as Principal at Haydenrock Solutions and Elite Mastermind, using the same business planning and advisory processes, first developed at Lathams Chartered Accountants more than 20 years ago. In this respect, Mr. Latham considers himself to be a "time traveler".
Throughout his career, Mr. Latham has been grateful to be able to help business owner clients to grow and develop. He attributes this to focusing on the "3 ingredients of business success", Vision, Plan and Desire. He maintains professional affiliation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Looking toward the future, he plans to continue to maintain a balance between his work and personal life, whilst continuing to stimulate his mind.
