Ms. DiMeo further flourished as the regional vice president and the regional sales manager of L.A. Weight Loss Centers from 1996 to 2006, and as the national strategic sourcing operations manager and the diversity recruiting manager for the Siegfried Group from 2006 to 2008.
Under Ms. DiMeo's leadership, MONTE Restaurant Development Group and Squisito Franchise Enterprises, have continued to flourish with new franchisees, new store openings as well as emerging into new markets and same store sales growth year over year. She has won numerous awards and has been recognized as a successful leader in areas such as the development and implementation of a programs that cut recruiting and operational costs by 20%, recognized as # 1 regional supervisor for overall growth, and a top female leader in the pizza fast casual space. Ms. DiMeo is also a founding member of the Pizza Council with the National Restaurant Association. Active in community charitable efforts, she has contributed to fundraisers for causes including Hurricane Katrina victims, the House of Ruth and the American Red Cross. Squisito continues to partner with the community to support the front line efforts during Covid-19, fundraisers to support local schools and sports teams, and donate food and supplies to those in need.
