LOUISVILLE, CO, October 16, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brandon J. Beatty has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
After moving to Colorado from New Jersey, Brandon J. Beatty turned his life's passion into a full-time career. He began working at a company called Ananda Apothecary, which specialized in dietary supplements and herbal extracts. With this company, he was able to learn extensively about the herbal industry and the ins and outs of running an e-commerce business. In 2012, Mr. Beatty founded Bluebird Botanicals, a cannabis company that manufactures and markets hemp-derived CBD products. Within a year of operating, the company began making enough sales that he was able to leave his job at Ananda Apothecary to work full time at his business. In his career, Mr. Beatty also served as an adviser to the National Hemp Association, an investor with The Arcview Group, and a vice president and committee chairperson of the US Hemp Roundtable. In his current position as CEO of Bluebird Botanicals, Mr. Beatty is involved with product development, government and media relations, financial planning, and marketing and sales strategies.
As an active hemp supporter, Mr. Beatty currently serves as a trustee for the American Herbal Products Association and a director of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable. Through his role with the US Hemp Roundtable, he helped draft the Hemp Farming Act. This act was included in the 2018 Farm Bill and legalized the domestic production and commerce of hemp. He also serves as a steering member of the Colorado Hemp Agricultural Advancement Guild, a local hemp lobbying group. He is a former board member and treasurer of the Industrial Hemp Research Foundation and a former board and committee member of the Hemp Industries Association. Civically, Mr. Beatty donates to Conscious Alliance and the Last Prisoner Project. He has been recognized as a 40 under 40 Rising Star of Cannabis by Marijuana Venture, and nominated as Most Admired CEO through the Denver Business Journal. His business was named World's Best Hemp Company at the Cannabis Business Awards, and the number one CBD company by the Denver Post's Cannabist Awards.
Over the years, Mr. Beatty has maintained professional affiliation with the US Hemp Roundtable and the American Herbal Products Association. He has attributed his professional success to his early entry into the market, his work ethic, and his passion for the hemp industry. He has always been driven by his desire to make a positive impact on the world. Looking toward the future, Mr. Beatty plans to maintain his business' reputation as one of the most important hemp leaders in the industry.
