HICKSVILLE, NY, November 05, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lisa Jagmohan has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
An avid reader with a burning desire to create her own worlds and stories, Ms. Jagmohan began writing on her laptop; a story eventually unfolded before her and she has fostered that creative momentum ever since. When she completed nearly three-quarters of her first story, her life changed, as her family relocated to Long Island and settled into a much more relaxed lifestyle than they had been accustomed to previously. Months later, Ms. Jagmohan discovered the USB device carrying her unfinished story while unpacking still-full crates of belongings and decided to proceed with finishing her literary debut.
Over the years, Ms. Jagmohan has published several series of books, including "The Mended Hearts Series," which contains "Second Chances," "Soul Mates," "Selfless" and "From Here to Eternity." Through the series, she delves into love in all its forms, from friendships that take a dramatic turn to two people who seem destined for each other to finding love again after a broken marriage. In recent years, she has also authored "The Breathless Series," which consists of "Bloodline" "Through My Eyes" and "Broken." Currently, Ms. Jagmohan has dedicated her attention to her third series of books.
A member of the Long Island Author Group, Ms. Jagmohan maintains numerous other professional endeavors in addition to her work as an author. Since the late 1990s, she has excelled as the owner of DL Medical Professionals, LLC, for which she is also active as a medical biller. In 2020, she also catered to another aspect of her creativity through Lisajcreations.com. Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Jagmohan earned a certification in business administration, management and operations from Kingsborough Community College in 1991 and a certification in medical billing, coding and accounting from York College in 1994.
In recognition of her professional excellence, Ms. Jagmohan has been honored many times for her work, accruing recognition for "Second Chances" at the New York Book Festival in 2017, "From Here to Eternity" in 2018, "Through My Eyes" in 2018 in New York, and "Broken" in 2018 and 2019 in New York, "Through My Eyes" in New York in 2018, and 2019 in Florida and Paris. Additionally, "Through My Eyes" was also selected among the Top Three at a Parisian Book Festival, and "Bloodline" in New York in 2019. "Broken" is being considered in New York, "Soul Mates" in New England, and "Selfless" in Hollywood for 2020. Looking toward the future, Ms. Jagmohan aims to attend more book signings and cement herself as a world-renowned author.
