Mr. Dixon retired in 2016 from the California Department of Health Care Services as a Health Program Manager III. He formerly spent eight years as a Health Facilities Evaluator in San Bernardino, California. Transitioning into health care at the age of 23, Mr. Dixon initially worked in public service as a corrections officer for several years. He subsequently became a religious educator at the Noohra Foundation in Irvine, California, in 1983. Aligned with the Foundation for 34 incredible years, the non-profit, non-sectarian, spiritual-educational organization teaches individuals of all faiths about the Near Eastern background and Aramaic interpretation of the Bible. Mr. Dixon is presently consulting with the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare as a surveyor of prisons, jails and juvenile facilities seeking certification of their health care services.
An alumnus of California Baptist College (now known as California Baptist University), Mr. Dixon received a Bachelor of Arts in 1972. Returning to college years later, he achieved a Master of Arts in organizational leadership from Brandman University in 2013. On October 3, 1983, he became a certified instructor in the Aramaic work of George Lamsa, ThD, through the Noohra Foundation under Dr. Rocco A. Errico.
Throughout his diverse career, Mr. Dixon had the opportunity to contribute numerous scholarly articles to various professional journals, covering a range of topics including Kung Fu. As a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion, he has also served as a frequent speaker for both organizations. Mr. Dixon is a member and former master member of the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis, as well as a certified teacher of Bruce Lee's art of Jeet Kune Do in November 2002, under Tim Tackett, Bob Bremer and Jim Sewell.
Mr. Dixon's crowning achievement is his writing the book entitled Culture Wars: Correcting the Great Lies, Myths and Omissions in History, Science and Religion where he reveals and documents the myth of the Alamo battle. The truth is that the battle was fought to establish slavery in Texas.
Mr. Dixon has been recognized as One of the Premiere Health Program Managers in the State of California. A celebrated Marquis listee, he has been cited in the 53rd edition of Who's Who in America, the fourth edition of Who's Who in Religion and the 27th edition of Who's Who in the West.
