Since 2007, Mr. Silver has found success as a realtor with the RE/MAX Alliance Group. Short for Real Estate Maximums, RE/MAX is an international real estate company that has over 120,000 agents and more than 100 countries worldwide. Before embarking upon his professional path, he earned a Bachelor of Science in health services administration from Weber State University in 1992. Subsequently, Mr. Silver obtained a Master of Science in health care administration and management from the University of Colorado Denver in 1995.
After ten years of working in health care, Mr. Silver shifted the focus of his career to the real estate industry, where he has excelled as a local agent in the greater Phoenix area for more than 14 years. For his exceptional work in the real estate marketplace, he was recognized among the 10 Best Real Estate Agents in Arizona by the American Institute of Real Estate Agents in 2018 and 2019. Over the years, he has also been honored among the 10 Best Phoenix Real Estate Agents in 2016 and as the Five Star Real Estate Award Winner in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Mr. Silver was notably inducted to the RE/MAX Alliance Group Hall of Fame in 2013.
Prior to spearheading his career in real estate, Mr. Silver found success as the president and a member of the board of directors to the Mental Health Association of Arizona from 2000 to 2001. Alongside his studies within health care, he served as the director of business development for Banner Health from 1996 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Silver began his career as a social worker, specifically helping people with mental illnesses readjust into their communities following hospital stays.
Finding great satisfaction in helping people, Mr. Silver strived to be able to help people on his own terms after working in the corporate world. Discovering that real estate was a profession that allowed him to be his own leader with his own business while still helping others, he attributes his success to his hard work, determination and persistence, as well as his passion for aiding those in need.
Likewise, Mr. Silver is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Looking toward the future, he would like to contribute to the community and find new charitable organizations to which he can dedicate his time. Additionally, Mr. Silver would like to participate on a nonprofit board.
