In her current position, Ms. Phyfer is responsible for consulting, helping and advising clients through acquisitions in media strategy, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting her staff in their growth.
As a minority woman in a male-dominated field, Ms. Phyfer uses her unique skills to connect with clients on a personal level. She has been incredibly proud of becoming a successful business owner and constantly reaping the benefits of her hard work over the years. She has attributed her professional success to her strong work ethic and the influence of her mother, who always encouraged her to work hard toward her goals.
