Through his executive work, he trades in the mid-Atlantic region through the main distribution center and the headquarters in Dulles, Virginia. Over the years, Mr. Guernsey also flourished in the field as the chairperson of the National Office Products Association and an appointed commissioner of finance for the White House Conference on Small Businesses.
An expert in his field, Mr. Guernsey completed coursework in business administration through George Mason University and the University of Virginia. Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, he has been affiliated with the Independent Suppliers Group, with which he served as the chairman 2019 - 2020. Previously, Mr. Guernsey held board chairman positions with the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
