Growing up, Mr. Riedlinger would help his self-employed father work in his earthwork conservation construction company. He would also help his grandfather build structures on his own farm. These experiences helped inspire Mr. Riedlinger to pursue a career in construction.
Mr. Riedlinger subsequently received a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Minnesota State University. He began his career working for Chicago Bridge & Iron as a field engineer and moving up to project management. He further flourished with Wyatt Field Service Company, with which he was able to advance in the ranks and learn all aspects of the oil & gas industry. Today, Mr. Riedlinger continues to find success as the president of Wyatt Field Service Company.
Thriving in his present position for the past four years, Mr. Riedlinger has been most proud to participate in the growth of Wyatt Field Service Company and create a better environment for his employees and clients. With the company segmented prior to his involvement, he was able to reorganize the Wyatt Field Service Company into a united front with one message. Under his management, Wyatt Field Service Company has accrued several safety Awards from Exxon Mobil, Valero, Flint hills Resources, Motiva.
Personally, Mr. Riedlinger has also been proud to raise three boys. Throughout his life and career, he has attributed his success to his influential mentors in the industry and in life. Moreover, he has contributed to his local community as a youth football and baseball coach. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, hunting, cars and traveling. Mr. Riedlinger has maintained his professional affiliation with the board of directors of CIC Group.
