Among them, he produced seven primetime specials, was honored to represent four American astronauts, and was responsible for bringing the NBA to Japan. During the early stages of his career, he was also instrumental in selling a package of seven films to ABC when movies first began appearing on network television. Furthermore, Mr. Rosen hopes to soon complete and publish his memoir.
Mr. Rosen is a native of New York City. He studied at Lehigh University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1956. Following this accomplishment, he served in the U.S. Army between 1956 and 1958. As a testament to his subsequent success, he received a prestigious Emmy Award in 1976 from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, where he is notably a member. Mr. Rosen was also the recipient of a Gold Award from the International Television and Film Festival in New York in 1987.
