He subsequently enrolled at the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in architecture and engineering in 1996. Refining his expertise in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Martinez earned a diploma in military science from Air University in 2005.
For his accomplishments and dedication to the field, Mr. Martinez is honored to have his Small Business Innovation Research Proposal approved by the National Science Foundation in 2020.
