Upon earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American States University, Mr. Ritchie began his career as a store manager for a K-Mart, with which he excelled between 1975 and 1999. During his many years in retail, he encountered numerous instances that inspired him to pursue a career in the ministry instead. Before the turn of the century, Mr. Ritchie accepted a position with the Cornerstone Community Church as a pastor, in which he utilizes his successful business leadership experience to this day.
Through Cornerstone Community Church, Mr. Ritchie supports his flock as they live out a Christian life in the world outside the church, uniquely blending the Old Testament and New Testament with current events to deliver strong and compelling sermons. In the years since joining the aforementioned church, he has expanded upon his wealth of knowledge, obtaining a seminary degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, a master's degree in theology and a doctorate in divinity. Outside of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Ritchie is also affiliated with the Ministers Association.
In a career that has been filled with highlights, Mr. Ritchie is incredibly proud of shepherding his flock at Cornerstone Church and expanding their reach within the community. On a personal level, he is the loving husband of a beautiful wife, to whom he has been married for 40 years, and the proud father of one son, Jordan, who is presently excelling in corporate America. Within the coming years, Mr. Ritchie intends to continue leading his flock and eventually build a church in Egypt.
