LILBURN, GA, August 18, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Montana Busch has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Growing up in rural Georgia, Mr. Busch never experienced high levels of pollution. When he first visited Atlanta as a child, he saw smog for the first time, and learned that exhaust from vehicles accumulates in the air and has detrimental effects on the environment. After he educated himself further about pollution research in the early 2000s, he became familiar with solar panels and renewable energy. Mr. Busch was always interested in working with electronics, so a career in electrical construction seemed a natural progression in his life.
Mr. Busch went on to gain certification as a PV Installation Professional and PV Technical Sales Professional through the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), and additionally earned a license in electrical contracting. He worked as an electrician for six years before beginning in his current roles. Today, Mr. Busch is president of Alternative Energy Southeast Inc. and co-chairman of the Georgia Solar Energy Association.
As an accomplished professional, Mr. Busch has been recognized among 300 contractors on National Top Solar Contractors lists for six consecutive years. Under his leadership, his company was named the Fastest Growing Business in the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2017, and they also received the BDR Fund Award for a charitable project that they conducted. Through his company, Mr. Busch was able to install solar panels at an orphanage in rural Nigeria. He has also installed solar power at a nonprofit organization that serves young adults suffering from depression in Athens, Georgia.
In addition to these accomplishments, the company participates in numerous humanitarian and environmental efforts, and they contribute 10% of all profits to charitable endeavors. Throughout his career, Mr. Busch has attributed his professional success to his timing in the industry, as he was able to build his niche in the field before it became saturated. In the coming years, he plans to expand his business. Ultimately, he would like to see more solar policies and initiatives implemented into law.
